New Vauxhall Meriva - Prices And Specification
Vauxhall have released prices and specification of their new car due to be released the new Vauxhall Meriva - officially released this week at the Geneva Motor Show.
Back in January we wrote about the new Meriva but we did not have any prices, specifications or models. Vauxhall today have confirmed the new models.
Prices start at just £15,495 on-the-road for the 100bhp 1.4litre ‘S’ Model. With standard specification including ESP and a mp3 cd-player with USB/Aux in function, electric windows, electric mirrors and a electronic parking brake so more room is made for the FlexRail technology by eliminating the handbrake. Air conditioning models are also available in the ‘S’ trim.
Mid-range ‘Exclusive’ models get on top of the ‘S’ model, air conditioning, cruise control, FlexRail and curtain airbags, this model starts at £16,650 for the 1.4litre model. The top of the range ‘SE’ model packs more standard feature such as a full panoramic glass roof, rear tinted windows and foldable trays for rear passengers on the back of the front seats. The price for this model is £17,430 for the same engine.
Diesel models start at £16,875 on-the-road for the ‘S’ model with a 1.3CDTi 75bhp engine rising to £19,325 for the 100bhp 1.7CDTi powered ‘S’ model. The 1.7CDTi will come with an automatic gearbox from launch as standard, but a new six-speed gearbox will be available later in the year.
