Vauxhall Relaunch Network Q Used Cars
Vauxhall’s used car sector Network Q is being re-launched with a new website, television campaigns and warranty programmes.
Due to be launched in June this year, Vauxhall have invested £500,000 into search optimisation for the Network Q website and £450,000 for television campaigns to promote the relaunch.
Karl Howkins, Vauxhall sales, marketing and operations director said that the Network Q brand has “lost its way” as Vauxhall were struggling for used cars as there was a shortage of used cars.
Vauxhall will also be offering better warranties for cars with up to 10 year/100,000 miles; currently warranties offered are only for 5 years/60,000 miles. Research shows that after sales was most important in buying a used car, Howkins said:
“The majority want piece of mind” he added
“We have also worked closely with our warranty provider to reduce warranty costs for dealers by 30 percent across the board. This, along with many other measures, adds lots of extra value for the dealer.”
New warranties will be available from 1st of April; the new website is due for launch in June.
